You have to ignore that Biden was acting well within his VP duties and that the President and other officials stated they intervened before Biden did, and Biden intervened at the Government's request to come to your absurd conclusion(s).

And you have to ignore the clear conflict of interest at work here as well as the obvious quid pro quo in terms of Hunter's Burisma dealings and the money paid to the family.
