Can someone please explain the context of Bobo the congressclown's scree about ATF, pistol bans, and lying to LEOs about boating accidents? Did the ATF, unbeknownst to me, ban pistols? Are they doing random search and seizures? What's Bobo yakking about?

Lauren Boebert suggests hiding illegal firearms by staging a boating accident or lying to law enforcement about one:
'I foresee many, many boating accidents in the near future. I recommend you get a boat if you don't have one or find a friend once so you can say you were on it.'

I think she's suggesting that if an LEO comes to take an illegal firearm, that the owner hide it well and lie to the LEO, claiming the weapon(s) was lost in a boating accident?
