Liddle Marco just had a press conference and repeatedly referred to the "Straits". Someone please kick him. Trump has gotten the U.S. in dire straits in Iran, but it's his inability to open the singular Strait of Hormuz that is the sole reason we haven't yet extricated ourselves.

I think there is only one true collection of multiple straits rightly referred to as "straits": the Danish Straits.
