MSFT will report earnings next week, my model suggests EPS of $4.05 and Revenue of $81.3B, my guess is that both numbers are too conservative.

If they can report $4.20 that would imply a TTM EPS of $16.12, and at $420 it implies a PE of 26x - which is still on the historical lower end of 26x - 32x.
