Subject: Re: So Much for "Protecting" Women
There are no secrets in a good marriage.
There are no good marriages in the case of men telling their wives how to vote, and wives in turn are afraid of telling their husbands how they voted
Plenty of good marriages where one partner is Republican and the other Democrat, and each tells the other how they vote….look at James carville and Mary Matalin….
Though I imagine this year, Mary won’t be voting for Trump.
Watching that parade of Republican men- Charlie Kirk, Jesse Waters- all standing up for men controlling their wives was pretty revealing- as revealing as all those photos from the Trump era of exclusively male Republican congressmen, collectively pontificating on the issue of abortion.
It’s all about the control with these guys. Always has been and until some sense penetrates their thick skulls, it always will be.
And watching Tucker, Josh, JD and their ilk beating their chests (and tanning their testicles) on behalf of their misbegotten notions about “masculinity” is truly weird.
The mask is slipping.
Real men don’t need to control heir wives. I doubt seriously that your husband controls you. Nor should he. And your marriage is such that you have no secrets, and that’s how it should be.
But this story isn’t about telling the truth. It’s about control- controlling women.
