Gotta' love how Jonathan Turley finds a couple of academics who wrote something that isn't even original -- Andrew Jackson defied the Supreme Court over Worcester v. Georgia (1832), saying, "John Marshall has made his decision now let him enforce it," stealing Cherokee land despite the court ruling against the state of Georgia -- and somehow it's a Democrat Party Platform.
Besides, president Biden has already said when the high court's spoken, it's spoken, even if he disagrees with its ruling.
Quibble: Authoritarianism is blind submission to authority, favoring complete obedience or subjection to authority as opposed to individual freedom.
