- comey will likely totally obliterate halligan in his case, given his wealth, legal network, and knowledge of specific charges. MAGA will blame the judge\weather\antifa and move on.

- problems will be major for the less-resourced 'enemies' of trump, even if they were simply doing their job at any level of competence.
