Do you mean Judge Eileen Canon who is being strongly considered by Donald Trump for a promotion?

Or do you mean Judge Chutkan whose case before her is disintegrating in the face of a completely “original” ruling by a bought and paid for USSC on the matter of presidential immunity and an internal rule at the Justice Department concerning the inadvisability of prosecuting a sitting president?
