Subject: Mad King Donald Is In Retreat
After weeks of non-stop criticism of Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell — appointed to his position by Mad King Donald himself — calling him a “major loser” whose “termination cannot come fast enough,” suddenly Mad King Donald has had a change of heart. Well, if he had a heart. Perhaps a change of mind? Wait, that doesn't work, either. Gut then, he clearly has one of those. Yesterday, the Mad King insisted he has “no intention of firing” Powell.

At the same time, the Mad King is backing off of his tariffs, telling reporters yesterday he is considering slashing his steep tariffs on Chinese imports — in some cases by more than half — in a bid to de-escalate tensions with Beijing. It has been all of two weeks since he announced those tariffs but now they will “come down substantially.” He is man of his convictions.

China immediately published the hashtag “Trump chickened out.”

Well, it takes a special talent for a man to fold his cards and still drive the world into recession.

BTW, no tariff negotiations are scheduled or planned.

Over in Ukraine and the war the Mad King promised he would end in 24-hours, he is now indicating he will surrender Ukraine to Russia, Russia, Russia, gifting Crimea to his love, Putin.

On the home front, the Mad King is considering sending U.S. citizens to prisons abroad, threatening to charge U.S. citizens who criticize the administration policies with crimes based on the notion that they're “aiding and abetting terrorists,” and ignoring the courts, including the Supreme Court, that has directed him to return Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States.

And we're still in his first 100 days?

Wake me when the cult finally realizes their King, indeed, is mad. “For some must watch, while some must sleep: So runs the world away.”
