Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, who’s been handling the Trump administration’s work on the Russia-Ukraine war, said on “Fox News Sunday” that Putin is a straight-up honest guy, not a tyrant. And that the Kremlin is not aiming to make bigger incursions into Europe, that in fact it “sort of doesn’t matter” anyway because the issue is still hypothetical.

Umm.
