I think Giuliani has lost his mind. Banned by Fox, he's been relegated to babbling on Newsmax these days:

RUDY: "We don't have a president now really functioning in the best interests of the United States. Plus, he's got a bunch of spies in his administration. This guy is working for Iran. Why? Maybe because they've infiltrated his administration the way the communists infiltrated Roosevelt's administration."

So, no, I don't see him flipping but the Ellis plea deal will put a lot of pressure on him. Ellis was talking to Giuliani all the time; she likely has the goods on him.

And I'm beginning to doubt that Meadows has actually flipped. The current reporting is that he was forced to testify through a limited use immunity order.
