Not sure how you "estimate" someone's IQ that precisely. I can estimate that the Felon is below average (which would be below 100), but I could not say by how much. I actually was tested (for medical reasons), and tested MUCH higher than average. But, again, I don't know how one would estimate it without testing.

Not that I support Musk. But it's a right-wing thing to pull stuff out of their asses. Those of us who are sensible should try to avoid that, IMHO.
