It's just so beautiful.

There was $8.99/pound on T-Bones which in today's gorilla-math consumer prices is a fine dea so I got a few.

This puppy has a huge filet on one side - it's almost a Porterhouse IMO. It's got marbling all around but also all thru the steak it's like someone took a marbling pencil and perfectly painted it in so one can't look at even a centimeter of this puppy without seeing that reassuring white marbling.

Hopefully tomorrow there's a time when nobody else is home. Back in the day that meant 14 seconds after hearing Mom's car drive way, it was squiggly lines on cable time.

But now it's a T-Bone. This must be eaten in perfect quiet, with just the right articles ready to read.
