some interesting history there...the word 'demagogue' seemed to be all the rage among the muttonchop gang.

regardless, all the flowery pitches against demagoges, or any such word, has not led us into a practical solution for the very situation we face.
we have unsurprising opposing partisan views of what such a word means towards functional action, and even more concrete edicts have fallen short of disambiguity. (among both the balancing congress and judiciary)

i can hardly believe these speeches were meant to be put to some resultant use only once the danger resides in office, as that did not work the first time around.
