Subject: Re: OT: Just 11 People
Amazingly, the Post analysis of book challenges from across the nation shows the majority were filed by just 11 people.

And the large majority of people in the U.S. are pro-abortion, yet the minority prevailed in overturning Roe v Wade, with the consequences now emerging in state after state. The majority of people in the U.S. want logical gun-control regulations to minimize the risk of lethal weapons reaching the wrong hands. Trump won the presidency in 2016 in the Electoral College despite Hillary Clinton having won the popular vote (though that's certainly not the first time that unfortunate discrepancy has occurred). And look at what permitted gerrymandering has done to silence so many local majorities on election day.

A democracy rests on majority rule. So.....where are we?
