Subject: A new screen
I was listening to wealth track. A guest mentioned what she considers the best screen. Sort by dividend yield, and take the second quintile. This avoids stocks that are going to cut their dividend, and allows for price appreciation when a stocks price goes up, and it ends up in the top quintile. She did not say how many stocks to buy, so I would guess maybe, 25 or 40. Her name was Savita Subramian.
