People with skill and diplomacy and cultural awareness need to start at kitchen table gatherings, and organize. Build bridges. Get people to look beyond ancient differences in the name of the big picture.

I am convinced based on real dialogues - it's possible to an extent. The younger ones are easier to talk to about this than the older ones.
