Doesn't matter if she wasn't doing anything illegal when she was asked to stop her vehicle and get out of the car.
Just like it doesn't matter if you're pulled over by a cop for a traffic infraction and asked to exit your vehicle, but it later turns out the cop made a mistake so the traffic violation is thrown out by the court.
Motorists have to obey the directions of the law enforcement officer. Period.
If you want to challenge the legality of the stop, or the detention, or both, that's something you do later on in court.
You don't run the cop over with your SUV.
