Things have to be done in the right order. You suspect a crime, you gather evidence, then you decide if the evidence proves the crime happened. This is the order. That's what courts do every day. So let's look.

What you are doing here is turning things around. You say there is no "crime" so any evidence isn't credible. That's illogical.

Let's start with looking at the evidence. Is this transcript substantially accurate? If not, why do you think it's inaccurate?
