I think everyone knows that Steve. I'm interested to see if and how he cuts himself in. The way I see it is he's moved it away from where accountability is very possible, such as Europe, to where accountability may not be possible. Who has control over the accounts and can audit them? Qatari could make it untraceable. And if he gets out of power, will Qatari block investigations? There seems to be so much grift and corruption going on we'll need multiple phalanxes of investigators.
