Or more likely you when just viewing boards? I would say the same - the hardcore focus should be on post reading, not having links available for absolutely everything everywhere. We almost want booking-reading-like focus.

To view the author's posts it is extremely simple - you can do it instantly whilst by clicking the author's name whilst reading any of their posts, and if you are browsing a board and you want to see the author profile/posts (and in this case, the author doesn't even need to be displayed on the screen) then just type, no matter where you are, the first few letters in Author search at the bottom of the page.
