U.S. Attorney David Weiss has informed Jimmy Jordan by letter that he will testify under oath to his committee in an open hearing on either September 28 or 29 or October 18 or 19 at which time all your smoke dreams about president Biden will vanish into thin air.

The DOJ notes, in its letter, that it is "deeply concerned by any misrepresentations about our work -- whether deliberate or arising from misunderstandings -- that could unduly harm public confidence in the evenhanded administration of justice, to which we are dedicated."
