It's astounding that Thomas' discussions with his uber-wealthy patrons are not public record.

It's tantamount to ex-parte communications on cases they both know will be pushed to the SCOTUS by those uber-rich patrons.

"Hey Clarence, looks like the xyz-union will be suing for such and such... how do you think that oughtta go down... have another glass of champagne before we land?"
