Yep. Huter Biden is likely going to jail because he falsified a federal form. His form was simply for purchasing a gun as a drug user. There are probably at least a hundred thousand people in America who have done drugs and purchased a firearm. Thomas falsified a form that was meant to insure the impartiality and fairness of the nation's highest court.

Thomas's infraction was way worse, but there is no law against it because apparently some people are above the law.
