OOF! Two hours after the open, down -1.49%.

Some buyer at the open got hosed.
Did somebody buy 632K shares as a market order?
Is somebody making a hostile buyout play?

The yahoo chart is wild. It shows massive buying between 4:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
