I have a fairly large Alphabet position I plan to keep long term.

However, I did buy a trading position in April 2025 at $152 (P/E 19) when the narrative was ChatGPT killing off Google.

I sold that position February 2026 at $345 (P/E 34).

Felt a little regret as I watched the price rise to ~$400, but it's now retreated to $343 as I type.

Just a reminder to myself that you never get out at the top tick (or in at the bottom tick).

I think Munger said that once.
