Subject: Rural delivery via Level 4 EV?

I see this as an answer for making deliveries in rural areas (essentially using a hub-and-spoke system). Add an extra battery pack for colder weather (i.e. US north of TX). They CLAIM it is tested for cold and snow (chuckling can start now). But it has a 100+mile range on one charge, so miles to make a delivery isn't the real issue. Max speed is 25mph, so slow vs a car/truck--but way faster than the old horse and buggy. And cheaper cost per delivery. No idea about cost per delivery, but they say $3/delivery in a geo-fenced area within a city. However, than is making 5-10 deliveries per trip out from store(s). Making 1-2 deliveries in 2 hours would be far more expensive (capital cost invested, NOT actual cash paid out for cost of power used, etc). No driver, so no cost/hour for labor.
