I'm not sure about the allegations, but the important part is the discovery data.
It includes texts and Emails of Fox news personnel. I prefer to go to primary sources when they are available, and avoid the partisan interpretation of a news outlet. It is pretty easy to take excerpts from a long document like this to tell any story you want. I have often seen news outlets link to primary sources, and that source says something quite different than the news story.
