Again, Biden doesn't (and can't) rule by executive order. So he really has little to say about it. It would be a very involved process, and people on both sides of the aisle would be opposed. It would never pass.

CA or MA or WI or KY can do whatever they like in their local elections. Federal is a whole 'nuther ball game.

Now, that said, do I agree with giving undocumented immigrants driver's licenses? No. But that's a different topic.
