Subject: Re: Chesebro reported to plead guilty
And now Fani Willis has multiple guilty please from multiple parties without having to have divulged much if anything of her trial strategy for the remaining defendents and without having to burn through a jury pool and divulge much of that strategy either.

The Washington Post is reporting he pleaded guilty to a single felony count of conspiring to file false documents and faces 1-5 years in prison. No mention of probation so he must have been perceived as being a little closer to the flame. He will also be required to testify truthfully in the prosecution of the remaining defendants.

It seems very clear that the evidence in this case is ironclad and the only reason any sane defendant and counsel would be delaying attempts to plead out is just normal courtroom strategy to file a few Hail Mary motions to test a few grounds for dismissal before folding. There really are no legitimate merits to a defense case. The remaining holdouts are too mentally committed to Trump and divorced from reality to jump from the train.
