Subject: more details exploding devices
So, my initial reaction earlier this week was wrong. The devices did have explosives implanted. Which was clever, but also highly illegal (international law).

It also was not a spur of the moment action. It was years in the planning and execution, involving shell companies owning shell companies, and employees mostly not knowing who they were working for (except for the actual agents overseeing the operation). Impressive.
