This is getting good. One wonders if they did ANY vetting on this guy.

Now not only is he bragging about the time he never spent at Bagram, he's on record as calling his own National Guardsmen "19 year old cooks" whose training evidently sucks.

...which is telling, since as the governor of that state he's their commander in-chief and is ultimately responsible for them being good (or not) at their jobs.

BTW. Guard troops are routinely trained in crowd control.
