The majority of Americans did not vote for Trump. He garnered a bit over 77 million votes. That's about 23% of the US population. Definitely not a majority of the population. That 77+ million is also 49.8% of the votes cast. That means 50.2% of people voted for someone else. That is not a majority.

If you're going to get picky about my count of criminals, I'm going to get picky about your count of votes.
