Secret Service narrowed down the list of possible suspects, based on who was in the area during the time frame, but without video or physical evidence there's no way to confirm the identity of the individual.

And none of the Bidens (including Hunter) was in the White House at the time.

Administration officials are able to offer tours of parts of the West Wing to friends and family members. People who are not members of staff must leave electronics and other belongings in the storage cubicles before taking a tour.

First, there's no reason to believe Hunter Biden is living in the White House.

Second, what "taxpayers dollars"? His meals? It's not like there's not an extra bedroom or two in the building.
