Thanks Bill for clarifying. While not knowing how plausible your scenario is, I am trying to understand the basis for the various looting boogeymen that drives so much anxiety among the liberals. It seems to me the crypto seller would then have a very large check to cash, one so large his bank is not likely to accept. A thousand checks for $1M each would be almost as problematic. But I can at least perceive your basis for this particular demon so thank you for a straight answer.
