Subject: Re: SpaceX Starship Has a "Major Anomaly".

I get that, dope. However, why is SpaceX recapitulating the rocket failures of the 1950’s? You’d think they would have learned something from those failures. Apparently not.

You get that Starship has 33 engines and is a unique design, right?

I hope none of you ever have kids who work in a lab. Stuff happens. If OSHA ever got near a typical universoty lab they'd go nuts. Mine in particular had

-A wind tunnel ate a big piece of aluminum, causing blades to eject out the back
-High pressure oil lines letting go
-Refrigerant lines blowing up, flooding the lab with R-134 gas

Another one had compressors blow up, punch through the roof, and land somewhere out on the street (before my time there).

...on and on.

Stuff happens when you're working on it.
