You presume this to allow you to pontificate on something you seem to know little about. Take a look at the experiments the Fins did in the past 20 years.

And you are ignorant enough to talk about a "Nordic System" when each one of those countries has their own system. You just chose that as your springboard.

No, each one has a different approach. In Sweden about 40% of the corporations are owned by the gov (last I looked), about the same as Singapore. Sweden owns the blast furnace for instance - necessary for steel to make Saabs. Norway owns 60% of what used to be named Statoil, which it uses to help pensions IIRC. And guess what? They have Democratic Socialists! Or is it Social Democrats? :)
