That's not the FTX crew, and the bid was accepted almost 4 years ago.

Yes...? I don't know what the point of that is. It's, again, almost four years after Sun won the bid for the dinner, and a day short of two months after the dinner took place. Also, Sun (and the others) haven't been convicted of anything, just charged, and charged in an emerging area of the law that is nowhere near settled.
