You mean besides the fact that it nukes this notion of non-political prosecutions and a totally independent DOJ during the Biden administration? Absolutely nothing.
How does it do that? DOJ is the legal arm of the government. The FBI is part of the DOJ. FBI had other DOJ lawyers review if the evidence supported getting a warrant, DOJ said it did (even though there were individuals who thought it might not), and they were proven to be correct. The warrant was issued, and that decision was later upheld by Cannon. It was totally appropriate, and the individual agents' misgivings were unsupported.
