Subject: WSJ - Iran MOU removes oil export sanctions
The U.S. will allow Iran to immediately begin selling oil and fuel under the deal to end the war, offering Tehran an early financial incentive to wind down the conflict, people familiar with the agreement said.

The provision for waivers of sanctions on oil sales takes effect immediately upon signing the agreement this week and also covers necessary services including banking, transportation and insurance needed to facilitate the sales, the people said.

Quite a benefit for Iran doing nothing more than returning to where they were on February 26th. Easy to see why the Administration gave this up, though. Iran had them by the short and curlies, and this will help further restore oil flows and push prices down a little faster than if Iran had stayed under sanction.

Still, though. If this report is accurate, Iran's getting immediate financial benefits from the day of signing without having given up anything yet. No wonder Israel is steaming....
