Correct that it was dismissed, but incorrect that there was no case. There was, otherwise there would have been nothing to dismiss. A sycophant judge dismissed it. And Smith has all the details of his case. It will be amusing if this proceeds, and he's given an "open mic" to air it all out on the record.
