FWIW blue states pay $1.10 in FEDERAL taxes (not even counting the stupid double taxation) for every $1 they get in Federal money while red states contribute 85 c. Red states are beggars and moochers relying on blue states' charity while biting the hand that feeds them.

Low tax states cannot subsidize high tax states.
