The Guardian reports that staffers now provide Biden with a detailed instruction manual for campaign events. Detailed as in providing pictures of the hallway he walks down, what the podium looks like, and reminders to "smile, wave, and say goodbye". WTF?

Joe Biden now relies on instruction manuals, so here’s a good one: ‘Walk to podium, smile, wave goodbye’
