Hey isn't that line from "The Trouble With Tribbles"? When the Klingons are trying to instigate a fight with the Enterprise crew members at space station K-7?

That's what the Klingon calls Captain Kirk as I recall.

Then after the fight is over and Kirk is trying to figure out what happened, Kirk says to Scotty: "So when he called me a tin plated dictator with delusions of godhood, that's when you punched him, right Scotty?"

"No."

"Well why did you punch him?"

"Because he called the enterprise a garbage scow."

That was probably the most hilarious scene in Star Trek history.
