We aren't Hawkish, possibly you haven't followed the multiple contacts between Biden admin and the Mexican President - it's called diplomacy.

And we've seen what passes for diplomacy with pumpkin head: being 'in love' with Kim Jong Un; huddling secretly with Putin (what passed between those two in that ridiculous meeting?); praising every tinpot dictator he knows, etc. Yeh, he's a real diplomatic genius.
