Costs are a big problem, but that's not confined to the ACA. All health costs are up bigly.

And this is the root of the problem, underlying health care costs. Why everyone wants to just throw up their hands and say "there's nothing that can be done short of capping prices" is beyond me. There is plenty that can be done.
