Actually, that's new to me. I mean, not the Public Records Act and Sunshine Law stuff - I live that stuff all the time in my practice. But I'd never really made the connection between our exceptionally transparent governmental access and the Florida Man phenomenon. I suppose it makes sense - though it might just be one of those things that it caught on first for Florida, and there could really only be one meme about "State Man."
