That leaves 3. But since Biden didn't release them, 3 is also out.

4. Virtually everything of any consequence has already been released. The only unreleased material is: i) matters relating to victims and/or material depicting sexual activity with minors; ii) stuff that's been sealed by the courts; and iii) the crud that accumulates when the federal government collects about 2.7 million pages of documents.

Biden did release the files - everything that matters. They just didn't bother to get a bunch of DOJ/FBI staffers to do a page turn on 2.7 million pages of records to make an additional release that wouldn't make the issue go away (since the conspiracy theory people would never believe that everything had been released anyway).
