If I were to rewrite the Constitution, this is one of two major changes I would make. No pardons. It is insane that we have this system of justice, with this exhaustive ability to appeal, and yet just ONE PERSON can say "nah...you're good". The Felon is probably the most egregious, but even Joe shouldn't have had the ability to pardon his son.

It's just crazy and stupid that we allow this.
