I see no problem - it's a nice fiscal drain - and money is diverted from stupid things like Climate Change or mass transit. Those who scoffed at "culture" being a problem - -- deserve the result.

The only regret I have is that the victims - ie - citizens who are forced to commit crimes, haven't been taught that the affluent, White, Liberal sections of said cities is where the money and good stuff is at.

Someone enterprising with a few bucks and knack for presenting such facts in a quick, bullet point, easy to follow way might want to look into that.

Them bicycle paths and yoga parking lots....might become a hub for community activities.
